Even though I do this every time I log in - I still have to do so again the next time?

A minor point, but rather annoying!

Status: offline 		Yes, I have also had the same problem. Ticked in personal details, yes. Applied remember cookie, yes. It only works if you do not logout, and just re-enter site, having not logged out. Then OK. Perhaps a security risk on the setup? Surely the setup should use the same protocol as MS operating system: "remember me" setup. Certainly should be looked at. Sorry Birdcage!

Now sorted:

- When you 'Log In' and click the 'Save As Cookie' tick box, a cookie is deposited that allows you to be automatically logged in to MFUK on your future visits to the site, from that point onwards, on that particular browser (only).

- Alternatively, if you tick the box titiled 'Save my login and password as Cookie?' on your My Profile Page, the above will happen too.

However, as a security feature, if you 'Log Out' of the site then the cookie is deleted. Hence, you will not be automatically logged in to the site on your next visit.

If, having clicking the 'Save As Cookie' tick box, you are not automaically logged into the site on subsequent visits you may have an issue with your browser settings or perhaps security software blocking them (such as McAfee or Norton).
