Hello everyone in the Maserati forum. I am a new member and endeavouring to find a well cared for 3200 GT manual to import into New Zealand. Car must have a verifiable history and withstand any inspection. Preference is for 2001 model. Research tells me clutches, throttle bodies, cam belts and brakes all need regular servicing so evidence of such required. Have scanned other sources but would feel more confident dealing with a forum member.

Well, what a great place the Maserati Forum is ! One of your advertisers, Paul from CMC Vehicle Solns had just what I was looking for and it's on its way to New Zealand !
Merry Christmas to all.

Hi Hayden
As a long time Maserati fan I'm also looking at purchasing a 3200GT ex UK to bring back to NZ. Well done on your successful and quick search.

These cars offer an excellent blend of style, performance and four seats as a bonus! I recall sitting in one in 2000 provided by the UK agents Meridien whilst I was working in the UK.

I'm curious to know who you used for shipping the 3200GT to NZ and will be interested to know how everything goes with compliance.

Kind regards
Mike

Hi Mike

Happy new year.
Yes, I did have a quick result to my search eventually but I had been surveying the market for many months before finding the forum.
I purchased the car from Paul Kitchen at CMC Vehicle Solutions in Milton Keynes who is a very nice chap to deal with. He had the car advertised on the forum.

I am using McCullough Shipping to bring the car to NZ. They seem to offer a comprehensive service. Attached below is Joe Steele's email.

I am still to enquire about the compliance aspect which, I admit, is giving me pause for thought. Fingers crossed !

Kind regards
Hayden
