I am sure Bill will drop by later burt meantime, Eurospares do the complete OEM clutch kit (centre / cover / thrust bearing) for just under £500 and therefore your labour is the most expensive component. Therefore suggest you replace the complete clutch as well as the control arm. Double check that the control arm is correctly fitted and most importantly, the thrust bearing can slide easily and evenly with no snagging along the g/b input shaft. Snagging will result in a a heavy clutch and will overload the thrust bearing carrier lugs causing premature failure. In turn, a heavy clutch will also put excessive load on the crankshaft thrust washers and excacerbate wear hastening excessive endlfloat. Also recommend checking the endfloat hope this helps
