Standard rears are 265x35x18, fronts are 235x40x18.  Tyres should be of the quality brands e.g.
- Michelin
- Pirelli
- Goodyear
- Continental

However some of the savvy owners have good experiences with other up and coming brands
- Falken (452s seem to get a great write up by owners)
- Vredstein (Ultrac Sessantas designed by Guigaro so match the car, but also have come out on top in recent reviews against big 4)

Interesting that the Falkens cost £510 from a well known online broker (OO) and monsieur pneu £562 for supply only...either way almost half the price of 4 Pirelli or Michelins and I like the idea of rim protection. (No innuendo intended!)

For Pirelli P Zero's I was charged £140 each for fronts and £160.00 each for rears recently which I didn't think was too bad. Interesting to hear about the Falkens though.
Cheers
Ronnie

Ronnie, were they 18s or 19s?  Where did you get them from?

I've got an MOT coming up in a month or two and I reckon I might need some rears before that.......what joy! :)

Hi Woody,
They were 18's and I got them from a large independant outfit called Goodtread tyres in a town called Alness. The kwik Fit online pre pay service was also very close in price and worth a look though.
Cheers
Ronnie
