ORIGINAL: mjheathcote And that's why the cambiocorsa clutch has approx the quarter the life or less of a normal everyday manual car! Wrong. The CC box encourages you to make more gear changes. The clutch is designed to handle the same number of gear changes as a manual, but the paddles make you enjoy the most of the car. Don't really agree with that, if the case, you would be changing gear say 4 times more often, plus most clutch wear is from stationary, not when already in forward motion. When doing a tricky parking, or hill start/reverse, the cambiocorsa slips the clutch far more than if you had full manual control, hence why it stinks. It's extremely rare for any of my other manual cars to have a smelling burning clutch in the same situation. Cheers Mike
