Saw a Hyundai coupe a few weeks back in my mates bodyshop, was exactly the same every panel and light  and bumpers  with nitromors paint stripper,   was a vengefull husband apparently  found his missus playing away from home  and made the boyfriends car an ugly sight    08  car  total write off needed new bumpers lights wing mirrors everything plastic was ruined ,     a thorough job like that is either an  HP get out of jail card    or    grudge      to thorough for vandalism

Hate the thought of that happening to one of  mine

regards loz

Did you report it? Was there are any local CCTV? Any chance of catching the XXXXX's?
There's some jealous, childish people around!

I hadn't realised that it was your car either Darrel - you haven't had it long either. Really sorry you've been victim to some jealous ****. Let's hope karma takes appropriate revenge.

Real sorry for you Darrel, be prepared for a real shock  think the insurance company will right it off , will exceed around 40% of the value from what i can see , if it has affected window trims and rubbers and plastics . , i would be happy for them to write it off and then offer to buy back ,   if you go that way   only let them know your interested in a buy back after an agreed offer has been made

God i was hopping mad a few weeks back , when  i think my numpty next door neighbour keyed the rear quarter of the 4200       the only time in 3 years that i had left it parked outside on the drive

regards loz

Very distressing. It is a problem that we have in the UK. Most people react well to a Maserati but not all.

Trouble is someone may not have liked you overtaking them or some such etc etc.... Hard to fathom these people out but there you go.

Any news yet on the quote  Darrel , interested  to know the extent   and whether they deem it viable    hopefully for your sake     it will go through and you'll end up with an absolute minter  at the end of it

regards loz

I'm absolutely shocked and appalled for you. These people need a really good hiding and I'm sure we'd all line up right behind you to teach these little squirts a lesson. You must be sick with anger and haunted by the question "why?"; we work so hard and don't deserve this. Vermin. So sorry and hope you find comfort soon ...

Darrel, can't believe this, I really feel for you, especially as it sounds like you only had it 5 mins. What was the outcome? Or do you prefer not to think about it...

What's more chickenshit than f&^%$&*% with a man's automobile? You don't do it. It's simply against the rules.

This kind of thing doesn't happen often in the States. Because we are a violent lot. And we carry guns. And if you catch the tool who did this, he's as dead as fried chicken.
