First Sunday AFTER Mothering Sunday 2008...

The date is the 9th of March! [with the 16th as an alternative if dates clash with your appointments with taxidermists, chiropractors or petomanes]

You have no excuses to not attend... any of you... get in the car and arrive on time!

Only one problem.... I have absolutely no idea where it will be... suggestions [serious and not so] in this thread.

I'll be there either day... I'm easy... ask any woman in newbury... they'll all agree with that.

Pineapple on Pizza... straight estate! Might as well have a shopping trolly in the front garden and a sofa on the footpath awaiting collection by the Council.

Great idea...I've checked my diary and find I am watching television both days!

A butchered quote but one I am sure you are familiar with V_Bird?

Count me in, if Ive got a working car! I went through Tilford in Surrey the other week, lovely little scenic village with a cricket green in front of an old pub. There was a group of porsche 928s on the cricket green about 25 cars in total and 1 maserati 4200! Might be a good place to meet?

Hi Chaps

Been a while since I've posted. Take a look at Coombe Abbey, awesome place. The Italian car club held their meeting there last year. I only went to have alook and ended up being dragged to show the 3200GT I had at the time. This place oozes class and is where such cars belong plus easy to get to, just off the M1/M6 junction.

Kev
PS: probably better not mention my name there as we had an enormous champagne spray fight in the bar which escalated into ice bucket content showers. Manager was a bit ****ed - No idea why !!

Maybe we could meet via a `safe road` to enjoy our Maserati`s on?? (see other thread)

We could vote on which is the `safest road` and then meet somewhere close by and enjoy the `safe road` as a group??

(Now, I know that a group of Geese is a called a `gaggle` - so any ideas on what a group of Mazzers should be called???)

Might I suggest the "safe" road is circularised by PM or it may turn out to be even "safer"!

Count me in guys. The spring like weather seems to be on our side and a great chance to get out. I've built up a huge collection of brownie points during the winter months which I need to spend so I'll meet anywhere.

Sorry Loz I missed you off the list I posted, good job you've been running around the country I might have had my knuckles rapped!

I seem to be hijacking somebody else's idea again! Sorry........Anyway hopefully V-Bird doesn't mind me posting the list. I hope his absence is due to him being busy? No problems I hope?

Perhaps we need to be firmimg up numbers and deciding:

A) Are we going to meet or let it go until the Bristol Italian Day?
B) If we are going to meet.................Where & When?

At the moment it stands as

V Bird..................................??? confirm?
Malcolm H
WestBrom...........................??? confirm?
Goo....................................??? confirm?
Raven.................................??? Confirm?
Steve
Roger
Steverule
Graham
Rob4wd.................................on the 9th
Lozb

What is the North / South split.....to help choose a venue / area to meet not a have a driving match!

Anybody got some ideas?

7 to 11 cars?

I may be able to come if it's the 9th (and within striking distance of the South Coast).  16th not possible unfortunately.
