Company who did this is based in Europe, don't think anyone here has done it themself...despite the temptation.

You would need the lights and they are ££££££££ as well as a new boot lid, repair pannels and some electric gubbins as the LED's will not be recognised by the 4200's systems and will show bulb faults.

Cost at the body shop is about £4k

That's a lot of money for a cosmetic change. But fair play to the person who did it.

It was a company just down the road from where I used to work in the Hague. Can't remember the name offhand, could have been Franco Auto or something similar. I think the price for the conversion was around the seven thousand euro mark.

I'd pay over list to have the boomerang LEDs on a Gransport, they're a stroke of genius and the owner must be a real enthusiast and hat off to him/her.

The Maserati workshop in question is called Franco Auto (owned by Franco Pastorelli) and they're located a few miles south of Den Hague (The Netherlands).

Their homepage can be found at:

The page with pictures of some of the conversions they have commissioned:

It would solve my eternal dilemma..  To go for the 3200 which I 'fell in love with' for it's looks, or the 4200 as it's newer and has the CC 'box.
