My heater was working ok and after three months of no use its now not working. Any of you knowledgable guys got any idea where i should look first

Hey Ben,

what are you driving? And how do you mean "not working"- is the control panel is totally dead with no illumination or functionality of any kind??

Hi jim, I am connected with the trade and just passed on a Ghibli auto on a 94 M reg, and the blower was working but the guy who bought it says its not now. There is no power to it so suggested fuse etc, but just wondered if it was a common fault and what is the fix, Phil

Hi Phil,

given the description of the issue, the fuse would be the first incidence.

That's a curious fault though- they usually go a bit loopy or lose functionality of some aspects of control.

Separately I had a bad firmware revision in the ROM chip once...

Fuse first then...
