Hi, I've just acquired my first Maserati, an '07 Gran Turismo. The sat nav doesn't seem to be communication with any satellites & the map still thinks the car is at the dealers premises where I bought the car!
Is there a simple 're-set' for this or am I going to have to take her back to the dealership?
Thanks for any help you can give.

Battery re-set in the boot, or is the antenna loose?

Many thanks - tried the battery disconnect (for about 20 minutes) to hard reboot the computers, sadly no change in the map!

Loose antenna sounds a possibility, especially as all of the other functionality of the sat nav is working. Where do I find the antenna?

Sorry Peter, no idea.

It is going to be under the top of the dash or at the rear of the head-unit...not sure if the head-unit can be pulled out like a radio?

Had the same problem after some work on the sound system. If the screen shows the dealers premises then this is where it went wrong. The problem with mine was that the antenna had become disconnected from the head unit. Simple fix for the dealer or in car entertainment techie.
