As an alternative to posting a link to a YouTube video in a post, one can also 'embed' a video screen of the clip into the post display pane by following the instructions below.
To embed a YouTube clip into a forum post simply:
- Go to the relevant YouTube video page
- Press the 'Embed' button, located under the YouTube video clip
- Highlight select the embed code, and click 'Copy'
- Click 'Paste' onto the forum post pane to embed the YouTube video code
- When the post is live it will display the embedded YouTube video screen player …
Please Note: if you copy and paste the YouTube page url for the selected clip, it will not embed the player into the post, but merely display the link.
