Hired a car yesterday and make the 3.5hr journey to get the new GS.

I was shattered when I got back last night, so it was all a bit much to take in!

First impressions though, very pleased. Like most, I was a bit apprehensive about the CC, but I am loving it! The engine blip on down double downshifts is just the nuts.

Its just so different from the 32, but the 32 will always remain dear to me, I loved that car.

The biggest difference between the 2 is the handling. The GS is just so kean to turn....you move the wheel a bit and it jumps!

Anyway, no time to chat, I need a stamp, I recon I should find a post office if I drive round for a couple of hours!!!! Any excuse!

Ill put some pics up at the weekend.

Congrats!
I'm close to sorting something with a GS myself! (will know one way or another this weekend if it is going to come off!)

Great looking car, very envious in my humble 4200 Would love to try a CC gearbox someday, the Masers staeering does require both hnds on the wheel to get the best out of it I think.

With regard to handling, I took my vee-hicle out yesterday for it's first blast after the Geo had been reset. Different car, can't wait for the trackday now!

Lewis will make all the difference if you were to fit a gransport steering rack much faster turn in, should pick one up for a couple of hundred

regards loz
