Just popped in to say hello, the new car is turning out to be an amazing purchase, bit of a rash spend but always loved the understated lines of the late 1960's designed cars and there is nothing better looking than the Mexico.  The detail is just amazing!

The engine runs beautfully once started (the choke isn't connected) but there are no brakes so they will need a full refurb.  The car is currently getting painted in it's original light met blue and i'll be getting the interior cleaned up too.  The body is very solid and i'm trying to verify if the 16,000 km on the speedo is correct!  The lack of wear on the pedal rubbers and heel mat would suggest it's ha very little use.

Very pleased with it so far and I haven't even driven it yet

Cheers

Paul

Hi Paul,
Looking at the pictures it looks only a little aged and a little grubby, so in other words a good buy for that age of car. It should polish up nicely without too much work and expense.
Good luck and please keep us posted.
