I have been sending a few PMs recently and thought I'd be able to find them in the Sent folder of my mail but it is empty. I sent the messages via the links in forum posts to directly PM other members, I have also sent messages in reply to messages in my Inbox. None of these are saved in the Sent folder.

Likewise, it would be useful to be sable to see the messages sent as a reply.
I asked the question of Brian the other day and I'm sure he's got it on his rather long list!

At present sent pms aren't always saved automatically, however they can be saved manually by ticking the 'Save a copy to sent folder?' box below the typing pane. It has been that way from the beginning. Not ideal, I know.

So making it save automatically is on the list of amends, for sure I'll keep you posted once it's sorted.

Hi Chaps,

A fix for you -

- Go to your 'My Profile' page via the 'Details' link on the navigation bar

- Once there you must scroll down to the 'My Preference' Categories

- Once there, you must scroll to the 'Private Message' sub-category

- Once there, tick the 'Always save PM to sent folder' box

- Then scroll down and click 'Apply'

- As the page re-loads scroll down and click 'Okay'

- Job done. All sent pms will be saved.

We will work on an automatic function shortly.
