I've got the standard factory fit stereo on a 2011 GT-S model. All is well with the radio apart from the reception for BBC Radio 4. Sound quality is highly sensitive to area with Egham being great and High Wycombe really bad. I've had this with other cars - but don't really know if it is possible to fix. I guess I could always wind the window down...

Sounds Like an ariel problem. I had the same particularly with radio 4. A good car audio shop should fix it easily

it happens in all my cars with Radio 4 so probably not the car's fault
