After brief discussions at the Auto Italia day there seemed to be interest in a `Sunday lunch run`
This would take the format of a morning meet (11.00am ish) somewhere for a coffee etc and then a club run to a decent pub for some dinner.
I am going to suggest the 8th of July and a location of somewhere in `the cotswolds`. This seemed sort of `centralish` to most.

If there is enough interest, I will take it on and organise.

So come on ALL Maserati owners - sign up for what should be a good day out.

Hi Raven great idea ......The Cotswolds is a great location.......Looks like one of the few weekends without a sailing commitment too!....I will have to check with the "social secretary" but it is certainly looking good.

Love to join in folks on the 8th, dont mean to poke my nose in, but there is a very nice cafe 1 mile from Chipping Norton towards Banbury on A361 at Chapel Roundabout, its called MA Larkins, very clean, plenty parking, it is used, i think as a meeting place.

Right - one of those lists then.

Myself
Malc H
Pacoryan
Roger
Bazza
AndyK
Jamie

Be nice to make the convoy a bit longer - so come on folks

Sorry to read you cant make it Steve but sjmcbride you have the perfect excuse now for some `spirited driving`.

Thanks for the suggestion Bazza ` Ma Larkins` it is then, bout 11.00 - 11.30. I`ll sort a decent pub for lunch within a 10 / 12 mile radius and post up the details (if anyone has any suggestions for the pub let me know).

There is a toll bridge over the river just south of Eynsham, I am racking my brain cell I am sure there is a pub right by the river but can't remember the name, but always looked a lovely setting.

I haven't been up that way for a few years.

Might be too far south??

I will continue to rack the cell there are loads around. The swan at Bibury might be a bit upmarket as it's a hotel really but has a garden by a stream as well as a bar / restaurant, parking could be an issue and might be a bit too west?

There is loads of pubs around Burford Witney Stow on the Wold Moreton in the Marsh just can't think of one right now!

I'll come along, I'm at a wedding on the Sat but ithat's not too far away - Milton Keynes - so Sunday lunch on the way home to Bristol will be just the ticket.

I'll need to have bought my 'upgrade' by then though, otherwise I'll be turning up in my Clio!

Or I could just take the 3200GT off the market until July 9th ... :)
