Hi all,

May I remind new and existing members to kindly refrain from adding a link to a business under the 'homepage' section of the members details unless it is a link to a personal homepage, or unless you are a Sponsor. Sponsors may post a link only to the business that is sponsoring Maserati Forum.

Sponsors banners should be live on the forum as of May 1st.

Thank you,

Birdcage

Bearing in mind the Maserati community is tiny compared to other marques I can't see how anyone is going to be a sponsor...

It may be small but it is dedicated...Two new ones top right today and I can say that Emblem are the most dedicated around.

A big welcome to the sponsors and thanks for their support!

I can say we like the Larini back boxes on the Ghibli and I have found Emblem to be exceptional with their service and care for the Ghibli and the Spyder and even my bank balance! Not to mention their support at the Forum track days!

Yep, big thumbs up to Larini and Emblem. Had the Larini set-ups on my 3200 and 4200 and loved it! They know their Maseratis inside out. Have always found Emblem great for advice over the phone, and they are real genuine Maser guys through and through. Also, for those that don't know Route324 - the Ferrari forum guys rave about them - so hopefully they can save us a few shillings too ;)

I think the sponsorship is a great idea, this forum was quite quiet a year ago with just a few diehards but now is getting quite active. There are a lot of new owners/prospective owners joining and the sponsors banners provide immediate links to where to service your car, where to upgrade it and where to insure etc.

Without this forum I would not have Larini backboxes, have my work done at Emblem or have bought my upgrades from Formula Dynamics. So it does work!!

I hasten to add I'd also be a lot better off money-wise, but that's all part of my ownership experience

Amir,

remember to click 'Apply' first when uploading your avatar picture, then click 'Okay'. This is a common point of confusion.

Cheers,

Brian

Hi UM,

Provided it is the right size, have you clicked 'Apply' first. Page refreshes, then click 'Okay'?

Cheers,

OK - another dumb question - but this time not about the car...

How do you guys get such good quality pictures as your avatars?

When I resize to the 245 x 245 and 40Kb limit, all the quality is lost - and if I dont do that, it won't let me upload!!

What am I doing wrong?
