Some before and after shots of the interior change.

Just couldn't live with the Green!

Get rid of that horsey floor mat!

Seriously though, a nice car. I think the yellow suits the body shape well.

Was that the original colour combination - yellow and green, or was the exterior different?

Very nice....saw a yellow 3200 around the Bristol/Chepstow area a month or so ago. Cannot be many in this colour.

Thanks for the comments.

Origonal colour was Yellow/green. Was bulk standard to start, all I've changed so far is the interior, the wheels and the exhaust system. NOt sure what make the exhaust system is. but it has a MUCH nicer growl and howl than the origonal. Everything was done at Emblem they would know better than me!

I'm told there were only 2 right handed yellow 3200's in the country. NOt sure if thats ebcause everyone hated the colour! Seen a few 4200s carbrios in yellow though.

End of march it's going to the chop shop to get the gransport body stying fitted. I know some people think is a tragic thing to do to a 3200 but Meridean have a yellow gransport there for like 10months now and I fell in love with it. Can't afford that so do the body on the 3200 is next best thing!

hi stormster.

i think i remember this car from 3-4 years ago. i think it was for sale on ebay and the colour combo was put together for a previous motorshow, mabe nec or earls court?

definately looks better without the green and the yellow is stunning.i think the green interior was fitted to create an impact which it probably did!

do you know if i am correct?

rob

Hi stormster and wlecome , noticed you intend to put the 3200 in to the chop shop re the GS body kit , are you aware that the 3200 is different in length to the 4200  and  that the wings are different profile to take the GS bumper at the front , the side skirts are also too long and will have to cut down its not just a swap as it is for the 4200  i  have just been through this myself last year the finished article is my avitar , not saying it cant be done  but a lot more work involved chopping about  being the operative word, Good  luck with the project ge great to see the finished article when she's done

Thanks for advice. Ross Packard is doing the work, not sure if you of them? But he has done it before and made me aware of the amount of chopping things about! Not replacing the bumpers though, so fairly simple cutting of sills so I'm told.... Will post some piccys when done!

Ross Packard is first class....not cheap.....but very good.....he resprayed the Ghibli...this was before he set up his own shop....unfortunately the shop that prepped the car did a ropey job and the tin worm is coming back but that has nothing to do with Ross, Top sprayer!

Yep Ross is a top man, has done 100 point peddle beech cars.  I used him for my Dealers Collection and would use again!

Great car Stormster!

Love the new interior. It even looks like a better fit than the original as you can't see the exterior colour through the door seals anymore.

There is only 1 Giallo 3200GT in Aus, a 2000 model and until recently was still available brand new with 0 Km on the clock. Could have picked up a brand new car for $139,000, but sure given no use in 8 years is could have been a problem.
