I was quiet horrified with TopGear destroying a BiTurbo. The previous owner must be very upset and definately like many of us very annoyed with the BBC for doing this.

Jeremy Clarkson, I was very fond of you but now I am not.

Gavin,

If this makes you feel any better .... ....
Sunday 29th May: Jeremy drops skip.
Monday 30th May: Roger lifts cup, (as winner of 1990s & modern class at Crawley Clasic Car Show).

Roger

P.S. He should have stuck with his Biturbo, because he clearly couldn't drive an MC12!

Hey Roger well done for the cup, sorry I couldn't be there to see it well done!!!!

I had hoped to get there but just had too much on.

Did you see in the Club newsletter that new member has a 222?

Gavin,
You're probably too young to remember this 60s song, but I just couldn't get the words out of my head, so I had to change them round a bit!
Roger

Beyond the Pale (with apologies to Procul Harum and their "Whiter Shade of Pale")

He skipped a red Biturbo
turned car shape into junk.
I was feeling kinda seasick
and the guys called him a punk.
The mill was gunning harder
as the ‘turbo blew away
when I pulled out for another drive
’celeration made my day.

And so it was that later
as the Jezza told his tale
that his face, at first just ghastly,
turned a whiter shade of pale.

He said, “I have no reason,
and my crime is plain to see.”
But I wandered through my car mags
and would not let him be
one of many auto journos
who were losing common sense,
and although my eyes were open
his might have just as well been closed.

Hi Gavin, do you happen to have a recording of some sort of this Top Gear?  I missed it both times

Superb, keep it please.  I'll try and sort out the FTP, but I've off work now for a bit, can you host it on your site for me to dl?
Other option is bringing on CD to Stanford Hall?
