I'm looking to get a Maserati Gran Turismo, and wanted to understand the car a bit more. When I checked out the engine bay, I spotted some areas that got me curious.

At the centre of the bay (where the logo is), it is surrounded by 2 black caps and 2 silver ones. I've circled them in the picture that's attached. Can someone enlighten me on what those are for?

Status: offline 		One look looks like the oil filler cap and the others just look like accumulators to me!

Status: offline 		Thanks for the input so far guys. Can anyone confirm what each of them are? I know the metal ones are identical, and each of the black ones look like its for a different purpose from the other.

Status: offline 		Top right pic (black item left rear of engine) is the oil deareator for removing air or defoming oil. The 2 front silver turrets that look like trash cans are secondary air valves that bleed air into the exhaust manifolds to give the cats something to work with at certain throttle positions

Status: offline 		Cool, so the black cap on the left of the pic is the oil filter cap. And the black one on the right of the pic is e oil dereator?
