Hello , am after some brake discs  for a 3200 in useable / skim back to useable condition - need all 4-gulp ! any help gratefully recieved., Thanks Kim

If you're short of funds you could try Roberts Aerospace they reskim for about £800.00, I paid £2k for the fronts earlier this year but only found out about this option recently so will give them a try for the rears later in the year.

The Ferrari 550 brake discs and pads fit our cars, are cheaper and better!  See this post:

Thanks for the tip Tony , my mechanic (Geoff at Shiltech ) tells me he could skim  them for £20 each disc  but they are too thin  to be reskimmed apparantly so sadly new discs needed all round . Thankyou anyway Kim.

I'm glad you decided against skimming - false economy. Skimming isn't always done properly, so often doesn't fix the problem of warped discs. The second issue is that skimming will undoubtedly take away the hardened outer part of the disc and so lead to even quicker wear on the softer metal underneath.
Don't skimp on these cars in general and definitely not on brakes on a car EVER! They're the thing that will stop you from dying. Same goes for tyres.
