Pub is OK with us turning up but they cannot take meal bookings as the reserved area is full, however if we turn up around midday we can order lunch [those that fancy it] without a problem, the parking is at the rear and should be entirely clear until 12.30 when it fills up rapidly...

Hi everyone,it looks like I am free for Sunday and if it is alright with you gentlemen I would like to join in the days cruise meeting at Newbury Services on the A34/M4 [J13] at 9.45am as it's relatively local to me. Currently I am not sure whether the passenger seat will be occupied with wife/daughter or fellow petrol head. Look forward to seeing the Masers on Mass!
Cheers Rob

Andy

Do you think you can get to the Howard Arms at Ilmington by about 13.30 - 13.45 as I guess this will be around the time we will be leaving the pub for Gaydon?

It would be good to all roll-up together!

The REAL convoy is from the pub to AI where we turn up mob-handed, I only suggested that some of us from the south or local could have a little more time seeing cars en masse!

I'm still hoping to make this, 50/50 at the mo plus still not back in UK.

If I can, I'll see you all at the pub - either for lunch, or just after.

Sorry gents not going to make it Sunday, picked the car back from the garage today had it about 2 hours then had to take it back, major squeaking on the rear somewhere and just had new radio fitted has also decided not to work & as both the wife & I are away next week it was getting rather dificult to arrange for the car to go back.

Hope to see some pics of the event & will have to catch up next time (my lucks just not in at the moment).

Ps there is a recall for an alternater problem as well must not be too serious but had mine swapped over last week.

I have posted some photos on the 'Photo's Gallery' from the pub run and AI day on Sunday.

Steve has also put a few on.

It was good to meet up with everybody and I look forward to the next run out whenever that may be.

Thanks to V_Bird for arranging pub etc and to Roger for the AI side of things.
It was really good to see some people again and to meet a few new ones.

I really enjoyed the day and in particular the fantastic convoy through the cotswolds. Ten or so Mazzers going round that island was a great sight but queing into the AI bash and seeing ten red bommerangs was great.

Looking forward to the next one.

It was good fun, enjoyed the company... it seems that masers owners are as a group 'good guys'.

...Unfortunately only 9 sets of boomerangs as my car has inferior rear lights.....

I have posted a couple of pix in the photo gallery.  I wish someone had got a photo of the convoy of 10 Masers.

Thanks to all who arranged it - enjoyed the day, looking forward to the next time.

Nice pics. Seeing a Nettuno blue makes me miss my old 3200GT (sniff).

To make up for my absence on Sunday, I've (finally) put a couple of pics of my GS in the gallery.
