Been looking at 1980/90s maseratis for a while. thinking of dipping in! Do any of you know of this car? or know what sort of outlay would fix the problem that the seller identifies: "Sadly the water system is pressurising". The ebay ad assures me that i would bagging an absolute bargain!

Love to hear what you think!

Although it looks tempting the MOT runs out shortly, the windscreen is cracked, and a pressurised water system could be anything from a blown gasket to a cracked block. If you're very very lucky you might get a bargain, but the chances are that the dealer has already done the sums and decided that it's a risk too far.

If you wanted to get serious, first talk to somebody like Andy Heywood (at Bill McGrath).
